Mani Ram Moktan 
Mani is an Environmental and Social Specialist with expertise in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation with demonstrated experience in corporate environment and social safeguard, climate change, and gender mainstreaming in UNDP/GEF, GCF, ADB, World Bank, and IFAD projects, EIA, ESIA, ESIA, mission supervisions reports.

He holds more than 15 years of field experience of natural resource management research with special reference to forests in Bhutan, South Korea, and Sri Lanka with a proven track record of scientific work and publication.

He also holds teaching experience in natural resources management in the College of Natural Resources, Royal University of Bhutan and Royal Thimphu College.
